Alice Morgan, saxophonist, is celebrated for her vibrant artistry and has been described as “sublime, full of colour and life” (Stuart Greenbaum). A prominent voice in the Sydney music scene, Alice performs music spanning classical to experimental and regularly appears with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra as Guest Principal Saxophone.
She will be joined by Ronan Apcar on keyboard, renowned for his “fearless technique and musicality,” creating a perfect harmony of food and music at the iconic FogHorn Brewery, in association with Newcastle Music Festival and Newcastle Food Month.
