Our state-of-the-art brewery within our historic warehouse adds unique flare to our bar and restaurant, which seats up to 250 people. The exposed roof trusses, the art deco building, our smart digital projector and high definition TV screens with free WiFi make it an aesthetically pleasing, versatile space. FogHorn Brewhouse is particularly great for live music, which we will happily organise for your function.

Our chefs are genuine foodies and fiercely passionate about creating the best food to accommodate a variety of palates. All our main courses, desserts and canapes are made from scratch with locally sourced produce. Our brewer works carefully with our chefs in order to pair the perfect beers with each course. Our interior is spacious, and we’ve welcomed a variety of events and functions. We’ve hosted networking, social and corporate events, and we will work with you to make sure everything runs perfectly throughout your function. We have large televisions in HD and a large projector TV, which is great for Newcastle Knights and Jets fans watching the games. FogHorn Brewhouse is a space to get rowdy and cheer for your team but also large and flexible enough to be compatible for a more professional and conversational environment. It’s family friendly with no pokies, Keno, racing TVs or gambling machines!

Our flexible bar & restaurant area seats up to 250 people with plenty of room for dancing, while our modern venue is equipped with everything a big birthday do needs.

There’s a smart digital projector and HD TV screens for showing embarrassing baby photos, a microphone so your friends can roast you loud and clear, and of course free WiFi so memories from the night are shared instantly with those who couldn’t be there.

We have a range of function packages including Brewery Tours or Beer Tasting and Education. We can tailor our menu and beer matching to your budget!

Large group bookings are welcome at FogHorn Brewery. For group bookings of 20 people or more that aren’t booking a function package, we do ask for a deposit of $150 (which can be paid over the phone by credit card, or cash in the venue). The deposit can be used on the night or refunded to you, providing that your final confirmation of numbers is made by 6pm the day prior and any changes in number after that are advised by 12pm on the day. If 80% of confirmed numbers are not met, your deposit can not be used or refunded.
